Extrinsic motivation is the one that prevails in retaining employees, of course with proper interpersonal relations within the organization. Successful employee motivation will make the employee feel appreciated and satisfied, he will receive feedback of someone recognizing his effort. This achieves better results for each employee, which increases the possibility of growth and development of and within the company.
