Abstract
Luksuzni hoteli su smještajni objekti koji pružaju kvalitetnu i vrhunsku uslugu elitnim gostima. U osnovi pridonose razvoju ponude turističke destinacije i privlače klijente visoke platežne moći. Hoteli s 5* na tržištu povećavaju konkurentnost i prepoznatljivost destinacije na dinamičnom turističkom tržištu. Predmet rada je analiza RevPAR pokazatelja od strane luksuzni hotela u gradu Splitu. Glavni cilj diplomskog rada jest ukazati na uspješnost poslovanja luksuzni hotela. Također, cilj je utvrditi prednosti i nedostatke po kojima se razlikuju od drugi hotela na turističkom tržištu. Luksuzni hoteli obogaćuju turističku ponudu grada Splita te potiču unaprijeđenje i razvoj luksuznog hotelijerstva u destinaciji. Izgradnjom luksuzni hotela u gradu Splitu turistička ponuda destinacije postaje kvalitetna, konkurentna i privlačna za strana ulaganja.
Abstract (english)
Luxury hotels are accommodation facilities that provide quality and top-notch service to elite guests. Basically, they contribute to the development of the offer of the tourist destination and attract clients with high paying power. Hotels with 5* on the market increase the competitiveness and recognition of the destination in the dynamic tourist market. The subject of the paper is the analysis of RevPAR indicators by luxury hotels in the city of Split. The main goal of the thesis is to point out the success of luxury hotel business. Also, the goal is to determine the advantages and disadvantages that differentiate them from other hotels on the tourist market. Luxury hotels enrich the tourist offer of the city of Split and encourage the improvement and development of the luxury hotel industry in the destination. By building a luxury hotel in the city of Split, the tourist offer of the destination becomes high-quality, competitive and attractive for foreign investments.
